Overview

A one-page City of Mississauga project statistics table for a residential building permit application — the residential counterpart to the non-residential sheet beside it. It takes address, zoning, lot area, lot frontage and average grade, then height to mid point, highest ridge and eaves, and tabulates existing, proposed and total figures for ground floor, second floor and garage gross floor area, dwelling footprint, porch, deck, accessory structures and eaves, closing with lot coverage, front yard and hard surface areas against soft landscape.

What it covers

  • Project statistics - residential
  • Total gross floor area
  • Total proposed lot coverage
  • Landscaped soft area
  • Total proposed soft landscape
Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
