Overview

The energy efficiency design summary a designer uses for the performance and other acceptable compliance methods of Supplementary Standard SB-12, subsections 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 — the counterpart to the prescriptive summary beside it on Mississauga's building documents and forms page. It records the compliance option chosen among SB-12 performance, ENERGY STAR and R-2000, the project design conditions, building specifications for insulation, windows and mechanicals, and the modelled annual energy consumption against the reference building package. An attached guide carries default air leakage rates.
