City of Mississauga By-law 0172-2020, the Lot Grading and Municipal Services Protection By-law, passed in July 2020 and printed with amending By-laws through 0159-2025. It covers approval of a Grading and Drainage Plan certified by a Professional Engineer or Ontario Land Surveyor for new homes, additions, walkouts, pools, retaining walls and commercial work, the lot grading and municipal services protection deposits, their refund after a Final Certificate and inspection, City repairs to roads, and penalties. Schedule A lists deposit amounts, including pool and new-dwelling deposits. It repeals By-law 251-2012.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
