Mississauga's Form 2346, the Swimming Pool Enclosure Inspection Request, a one-page form from Community Services' Licensing, Permits & Regulatory Services that starts the City's inspection of a pool enclosure under Swimming Pool Enclosure By-law 191-11. It records the property owner, pool address and whether it is new home construction, the contractor, pool type, sanitation system and volume, and enclosure type. The agreement section authorizes City staff to enter for the inspection and an agent to act, and the notes restate section 6 of the by-law on enclosing and filling pools.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
