Overview

Mississauga's Statutory Declaration for Swimming Pool Installation, sworn by property owners before a lawyer, notary or commissioner of oaths in the City's pool enclosure process. Its seven declarations cover ownership, the pool, fence and equipment lying within the property, a title search showing no encroachment on City land, easements, neighbours or Credit Valley, Toronto and Region or Halton conservation authority land, conservation and zoning setbacks, lot grading and drainage, and supervision of contractors. A second page explains statutory declarations and where the original goes.
