Overview

Schedule 1: Designer Information, the one-page designer schedule of Ontario's Application for a Permit to Construct or Demolish, in the edition effective February 16, 2026. Mississauga links it from its building documents page and from its drawing lists for houses and garden suites, unit conversions, additions, decks, basements, below grade entrances, garage conversions and residential demolition. It records the project, the individual taking responsibility for the design and their firm, design categories from Table 3.5.2.1. of Division C, and the designer's BCIN declaration. Schedule 1 Homeowner is the owner's version.
