Overview

The City of Mississauga's Shoring and Excavation Engineering Clearance Application (Form 2915), from Development Engineering and collected under the Building Code Act, 1992. It takes applicant and property owner details, the location of the proposed shoring works with legal description and site plan application number, and project information, then asks whether tie-backs, anchors or grading stay within the property or reach adjacent private property or the public right-of-way. A declaration and instructions for emailing the form to Development Engineering close it.
