The Town of Oakville Committee of Adjustment's application for a minor variance, dated 2026-04-01 in its footer. A two-page submission guide covers the electronic process, drawings and supporting documents, the Town and agency fee tables, and links to zoning maps and official plans. The form records applicant, property, road access and servicing, existing and proposed buildings with setbacks, previous decisions, the variance requested under section 45(1) or 45(2), a declaration, owner authorization, agent appointment and a Zoning Review Waiver. It parallels the Consent application.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
