The Town of Oakville Planning and Development guide and request form for a pre-consultation meeting ahead of a consent or minor variance application, dated February 2026. The guide describes the meeting's purpose, the virtual Wednesday-afternoon procedure, the materials sent with the request and the comments report that follows. The one-form section records property location, owner, applicant or agent, existing use, official plan designation and zoning, proposal details and signatures. The Town's wider pre-consultation guide covers the other application types.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
