The Owner Commitment to Have General Review Undertaken by Architects and/or Professional Engineers, a one-page standard form from Engineers, Architects and Building Officials (EABO), endorsed by the OAA, PEO and the Ontario Building Officials Association and dated 2014-09. It carries the owner's commitment, with the architect or engineer retained and a coordinator named, and a second part for each architect or engineer to declare, ticking Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Site Services or Other. Oakville links it from many building permit pages.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
