Overview

The City of Richmond Hill's By-law 126-23, amending Sign By-law 52-09, linked from the city's sign permit page. It repeals the earlier election signs section and adds a new section 7.14 on election signs: the election sign permit, general prohibitions including voting places, location on public and private property, sign size, number of signs, and timing tied to a writ of election. It also replaces the definition of a portable sign and limits a mobile sign to advertising the premises its permit was issued for. Passed December 13, 2023.
