Overview

Richmond Hill's Tariff of Fees By-law, By-law 61-25, passed July 9, 2025 under Section 391 of the Municipal Act, 2001 and effective January 1, 2026, repealing By-laws 121-24 and 8-25. Its general provisions cover fees payable, outside legal costs, annual indexing, adding amounts owing to the tax roll and delegated authority. Schedules A to M set fees by department, among them Development – Planning (official plan and zoning amendments, site plan, consent, minor variance) and Building Services.
