Overview

Appendix 7B of the City of Richmond Hill's development application materials: a sample by-law amending one of the former zoning by-laws rather than Comprehensive Zoning By-law 93-25. The two-page template has blanks for the by-law number, Council meeting date and parent by-law, a clause adding the requested zone category and exceptions, a clause treating imperial measurements as approximate conversions of the metric standards, and Mayor and City Clerk signature lines. Its explanatory note page lists location, existing and proposed zoning, and purpose and effect.
