Overview

The City of Richmond Hill Development Planning Division's digital file requirements for development planning applications, including Committee of Adjustment applications and resubmissions. It sets the file rules — PDF version 7 or later, unsecured, comments flattened, drawings at true scale, 25 MB per file — and a naming convention with a submission number, such as S-PLAN (1). A long table gives each submission document its abbreviation by reviewing section, from APP-FORM and PJR to grading plans, noise reports and arborist reports. It refers to the Consolidated Development Application Guide.
