Overview

The City of Richmond Hill's terms of reference for an On-Site Circulation Study, also called vehicle tracking or swept path analysis, last updated June 2025. It names AutoTURN CAD software and shows the City's waste collection design vehicles — front-end loader, top loader, rear-packer — and which serves condominiums, shared-parking townhouses and houses with garages. It gives snowplow dimensions (8.5 m by 2.5 m; 10.6 m by 4.4 m with plow and wing), TAC design vehicles, drawing title block contents and example swept paths. The Access Study refers to it.
