Overview
The City of Richmond Hill Planning and Building Services request to transfer applications in the CSS Portal to a new owner, a new applicant, or both. It records the date, application numbers and project addresses, then contact details for the new owner and new applicant. The owner and applicant confirm that the applicant holds their own CSS Portal account and that each application has one applicant responsible for future portal tasks, and consent to site access by review staff. It may be signed electronically.
