Overview

The City of Richmond Hill's one-page affidavit and owner authorization for online planning applications, among them site plan and draft plan of condominium submissions. The applicant solemnly declares, before a Commissioner of Oaths and under the Canada Evidence Act, that the application's statements are true. Registered owners authorize the applicant to submit the application and consent to review staff entering the lands during business hours. An office-use block records OPA, ZBLA, SUB, CON and SP file numbers, the fee and the planner, with a Planning Act notice of collection.
