The City of Richmond Hill's Public Notification Sign Requirements for Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, Draft Plan of Subdivision and Draft Plan of Condominium (Vacant Land) applications. It sets the sign's timing, within 14 days of the application being deemed complete, with an Affidavit of Sign Posting; wording approved by the City; location, visible from a public highway at the midpoint of each frontage; and mounting height, with text 1.2 to 1.5 metres above ground.
