Overview
The City of Richmond Hill's one-page Professional Consultant Authorization, from Planning and Building Services and addressed to The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill. In it a professional consultant consents to a named person using the drawings, plans and documents the consultant prepared for a project address, in pursuit of a given application number. It records the date and the consultant's name, company and signature, and may be signed and delivered electronically. The City lists it with the Transfer Application Request for applications that change hands.
