Overview

The City of Richmond Hill's 2024 development charges by-laws under the Development Charges Act, 1997: the City-wide by-laws 6-24 to 10-24 for engineering services, public works, fire protection, parks and recreation, and library services, the area-specific by-laws 11-24 (Bayview North East) and 12-24 (Headford Excluding Storm), all passed March 27, 2024, and their amending by-laws 105-24 to 118-24 of September and November 2024, which add growth studies, replace schedules and revise redevelopment credits. The rates are summarised in the City's development charges brochure and residential and non-residential schedules.
