Overview

The Agincourt Secondary Plan, Chapter 6 of the Toronto Official Plan, published by the City of Toronto. Over ten pages it sets the policy framework for the area around Sheppard Avenue East and Kennedy Road, with density provisions tied to the Sheppard Subway, targets of about 15,000 jobs and 2,000 homes after the subway, and site and area specific policies for named lands. Zoning, site plan and rezoning documents for these lands are read together with it and with the Official Plan.
