Overview

City of Toronto By-law 112-2020, enacted and passed January 29, 2020, adopts Amendment 486 to the Official Plan for the King-Spadina Secondary Plan Area, generally bounded by Queen Street West, Front Street West, Bathurst Street, Simcoe Street and John Street, and repeals By-law 921-2006. Its Schedule 1 holds the replacement Section 16 text: vision, objectives, parks and public realm, community infrastructure, built form by precinct, areas of special identity and implementation. A reader notice sets out which policy text is in force and which stays under appeal.
