Toronto's development charge rate sheet effective June 26, 2025, the current sheet in this set, in three tables: residential non-rental, residential rental and non-residential per square metre. Each breaks the charge out by service with general and engineered subtotals. Singles and semis totalled $137,846 per unit against $117,169 on the May 1, 2024 sheet, and the non-residential charge $805.64 per square metre. The rental table applies to purpose built rental units as defined in Bylaw 1137-2022.
