Overview

The one-page Toronto Green Standard program cap table effective June 26, 2025 — the companion to the development charge rate sheet of the same date rather than a rate sheet itself. Two tables split the figures by which version of the standard a project sits under: a single Tier 2 column for version 2.0, and separate Tier 2 and Tier 3 and 4 columns for version 3.0 or later. Single detached and semi-detached run $6,669.00, $8,336.25 and $10,003.51 respectively.
