The City of Toronto's 2013 request form for a preliminary project review of a use alone, linked from the City's zoning use review page. Its note points recycling uses, transfer stations, drive-thrus and patios to a full preliminary project review or zoning certificate. It records the district office, project location and proposed use, from animal care and auto uses through restaurant, institutional, manufacturing, medical, parking lot, personal service and office, the type of building and the location within it, then a declaration that the review confirms only a listed use.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
