Overview

The eating or drinking establishment version of the City of Toronto's review of zoning compliance for business licence request, one of five category forms published on the zoning review for business licence page. It prints the definition of an eating or drinking establishment and four criteria, three or more of which mark an expanded activity — operating past 11:00 p.m. on most open days in any seven-day period, a liquor licence, amusement, entertainment or live performance, and an occupant load over 150 persons — and a private patio question.
