Overview

Part A of the Toronto Heritage Grant Program application form, a one-page City Planning form. It collects the applicant's and property owner's contact details, the municipal address of the heritage property, whether it is vacant or occupied, whether the work has started and whether more than half the use is residential. A list names the five supporting materials, including Part B, cost estimates, photographs and the signed Declaration of a Non-Discrimination Policy, and signature lines close the form.

What it covers

  • Name of Applicant
  • Name of Property Owner
  • Municipal Address of Heritage Property
Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
