Part B of the Toronto Heritage Grant Program application form, a one-page City Planning form titled Statement of Proposed Conservation Work. It lists each item to be conserved with its location on the building, a description of the proposed work and three cost estimates from an architect, consultant or contractor, with signature lines for applicant and owner. A privacy statement cites the City of Toronto Act, 2006 and the Ontario Heritage Act and gives the Heritage Preservation Services contact.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
