Overview
The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville's one-page Commitment to General Reviews by Architect and Engineers, completed by the owner or authorized agent and signed by each consultant retained for general reviews. The Town links it from its permit portal and its designated structures, residential, non-residential, sign, portable classroom and tent pages, the last for tents over 225 square metres. The owner warrants that review reports go to the Chief Building Official and that a replacement is appointed if a consultant stops; each consultant ticks architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical or site services.
