Overview

A 36-page update study prepared for the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville by Watson & Associates Economists Ltd., dated November 12, 2024 and titled Development Charges Amendment. It responds to Bill 185, the Cutting Red Tape to Build More Homes Act, 2024, which made studies an eligible development charge cost again, by adding growth-related studies to By-law 2023-149-FI.
