Overview
The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville's seven development charges by-laws, passed December 6, 2023 and in force January 1, 2024, one per service: 2023-146-FI Parks and Recreation, 2023-147-FI Fire Protection, 2023-148-FI Library, 2023-149-FI Provincial Offences Act including By-law Enforcement, 2023-150-FI Services Related to a Highway, 2023-151-FI Wastewater and 2023-152-FI Water. Each consolidated version carries definitions, exemptions, redevelopment reductions, timing of payment, indexing, a Schedule B of charges and an amendment history removing the mandatory phase-in. The wastewater and water by-laws map their serviced areas.
