Overview

Section 10 of the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville's 2004 Official Plan, April 2025 office consolidation: the secondary plan for the Gormley Industrial Area, a gateway employment area bisected by Stouffville Road and Woodbine Avenue, with prestige industrial frontage on Highway 404. After development goals come policies for the Prestige Industrial, Industrial, Community Residential, General Commercial, Convenience Commercial and Open Space – Environmental designations, transportation, servicing, environment and implementation, with Schedule A, the Land Use and Roads Plan. The Town links it as the Gormley Community Secondary Plan.
