Overview

Section 13 of the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville's 2004 Official Plan, April 2025 office consolidation: the Vandorf-Preston Lake Secondary Plan for Vandorf Village, the Preston Lake Community and lands bounded by Aurora Road, Warden Avenue, Bloomington Road and Highway 404. Beside community vision, structure, improvement and servicing strategies, it holds two land use strategies, one for the Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Plan Area and one for lands outside the moraine. Schedules G to G5 map land use, trails and gateways, natural heritage features, landform conservation, aquifer vulnerability and wellhead protection.
