The Heritage Conservation District Plan for O’Brien Avenue / Village Centre South, south of downtown Stouffville, prepared by MHBC for the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville in June 2024. It takes in O’Brien Avenue, named for village constable James O’Brien, and Blake, Lloyd, Market, Somerville and Burkholder Streets, with Late Victorian and Gothic houses of merchants and railway workers on the lots of Plans 858 and 1073. Part II sets guidelines for alterations, additions, infill, demolition and landscapes; Part III lists exempt alterations. One of the Town's three district plans.
