Overview

The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville's two-page Second Suite Application, for a new registration or a renewal, linked from the Second Suite Permits page as the registration that follows approval to build. Its sign-offs split suites at July 14, 1994: Fire and Emergency Services for those constructed on or before, the Development Services Building Division, with the building permit number, for those after. A Clerk's Division checklist names an original Electrical Safety Authority certificate dated within 12 months and the registration fee, followed by owner, agent and sworn declaration sections.
