Amendment No. 48 to the Town of Aurora Official Plan regarding the Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Plan, adopted by Council October 22, 2003 and approved by the Minister with modifications on October 21, 2004. It opens with By-law 4468-03.D adopting the amendment, then a preamble on purpose, location and basis, and the amendment itself, which adds Oak Ridges Moraine policies and new Schedules J to N. The Town files it as a map, though it is mostly text. It brings the Official Plan into conformity with Ontario Regulation 140/02.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
