Official Plan Amendment No. 20, the Bayview Southeast Secondary Plan for the Town of Aurora, By-law #3869-97.D, dated October 8, 1997 in a March 2008 office consolidation, prepared by HBR Planning Centre with Hemson Consulting and other consultants. Its 57 pages hold the preamble, the amendment and the secondary plan: concept, residential policies, open space, golf course, environmental management, transportation, urban design and services, then implementation and phasing. The Town files it as a map, though it is a text plan; Chapter 21 of the updated Official Plan carries it.
