Official Plan Amendment No. 30, the Bayview Northeast Area 2B Secondary Plan for the Town of Aurora, dated March 7, 2000 in a March 2008 office consolidation. Its 38 pages hold a preamble and the amendment, with location, purpose and objectives, then policies on residential, mixed use, commercial, business park, institutional, parks and open spaces, heritage, urban design, transportation and services, followed by implementation and interpretation. The Town files it as a map, though it is a text plan; Chapter 22 of the updated Official Plan carries it.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
