A one-page Town of Aurora handout headed Comprehensive Zoning By-law 6000-17: How to Search for Zoning Information for a Property. It describes finding a property on the Schedule A to E key maps, going to the matching numbered map, reading the zone, searching sections 1 to 24 of the by-law and reading Section 24, List of Exceptions, for zones followed by a number such as E1(226). It gives Building Division and Planning Division contacts and mentions permitted use letters for non-residential properties.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
