Overview

The Town of Aurora's Downtown Community Planning Permit By-law, dated January 2026, 75 pages. The Town's link calls it the Community Planning Permit By-law. It has seven sections: administration, interpretation, general provisions, definitions, parking standards, Downtown Mixed-Use development standards and schedules, including a location map, land use map and a height, setback and step-back map. Section 1.6 repeals Comprehensive Zoning By-law 6000-17 for the Downtown area it covers, so the two are read together.
