The Civic Centre Neighbourhood Heritage Conservation District Plan, dated August 2007, prepared for the City of Kitchener with Michael Baker, historian. Its nine chapters cover the district boundary and heritage character, objectives and policies, planning and implementation, the heritage permit approvals process, architectural and streetscape design guidelines, conservation guidelines for roofs, walls, windows and paint, and helpful resources. It is the longest of Kitchener's four district plans and the one the Part V index lists for the Civic Centre area.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
