The Victoria Park Area Heritage Conservation District Plan for the City of Kitchener, a 108-page document that opens with an Ontario Municipal Board decision approving By-law 96-91, then acknowledgements and an index. Part 1 gives introduction and goals. Part 2 sets out building style and conservation guidelines (Queen Anne, Berlin Vernacular, roofs, windows, verandahs), the park, streetscapes, land use, movement and economic revitalization. Part 3 covers implementation. It is one of Kitchener's four district plans.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
