The St. Mary's Heritage Conservation District Plan: Guidelines for Conservation and Change, a final report dated August 2001 prepared for the City of Kitchener by Archaeological Services Inc. with landscape and architecture consultants. In five parts it covers district character and conservation principles, design guidelines for alterations and additions, conservation of building materials, landscape guidelines, and planning and implementation. A table of exterior work and a sample application form close it. It is one of Kitchener's four district plans.
