Overview

The City of Kitchener's Committee of Adjustment Application for Change of Conditions, the 2026 edition of a four-page form issued under Section 53 of the Planning Act by Development & Housing Approvals. It asks for the owner, agent and property, the application number and decision date of the provisional consent, the number of the condition to be changed and the reasons for the change, then authorization, acknowledgement and an affidavit. It follows the City's Application for Consent.
