The City of Kitchener's Committee of Adjustment Application for Minor Variance (Zoning), a seven-page form issued under Section 45 of the Planning Act by Development & Housing Approvals. It collects the subject property, owner and agent, existing and proposed buildings, planning information, a zoning review chart comparing by-law standards with the proposal, and the nature and extent of the relief applied for, then authorization, acknowledgement and an affidavit. It sits beside the Committee's consent and change of conditions applications.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
