The Residential Mechanical Ventilation Design Summary for design and performance of residential ventilation systems to OBC 2024 section 9.32, linked from Kitchener's building permit forms. The sheet carries an HRAI copyright, so it is an industry form hosted by the City. It records location, builder and designer, combustion appliances, heating and distribution systems, the ventilation design option and capacity, principal and other fans, and the designer's consent. A note says secondary suites have a separate design.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
