The City of London's Planning and Development application for a minor Zoning By-law amendment under section 39.2 of the Planning Act. A detachable instruction sheet gives the general information, covering holding symbol removal and site plan implementation, and eight steps, where staff hold delegated approval authority. The form then sets out concurrent applications, applicant information, the land and the type and purpose of the amendment. It is the shorter alternative to London's full Zoning By-law amendment.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
