The City of London's Planning and Development application for removal of a holding provision, the form used when the City intends to pass an amending by-law to remove a holding symbol from a zone. A detachable instruction sheet lists the steps, then the form sets out concurrent applications, the items for a complete application and numbered questions on the land, its present and proposed use and how the holding provision's requirements have been satisfied. It relates to London's minor zoning by-law amendment.
