Overview

The Old East Heritage Conservation District Conservation and Design Guidelines, dated February 2006, prepared for the City of London with Michael Baker as heritage consultant. Conservation guidelines run through roofs, exterior walls, trim, doors and windows, porches, foundations, paint and colour, utilities and energy efficiency. Design guidelines cover alterations, additions, new buildings, commercial buildings and conversions with case studies, then streetscape and heritage work approvals.
