The Wortley Village-Old South Heritage Conservation District Plan + Guidelines, a 121-page report dated September 2014, prepared for the City of London by Nancy Z. Tausky with Ecoplans, Nexus, GSP and Golder Associates. It sets out the district's boundary and statement of cultural heritage value, goals, policies, municipal policies, the Heritage Alteration Permit process and implementation. Architectural design, conservation and landscape guidelines follow, with appendices holding a homeowner's brochure, a draft permit application and a glossary.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
